Never dip silicone nipple shields in sweet substances or medications since this may cause tooth decay. Examine the product before feeding. Before each use, examine the breast protector via your eyes while pulling to all directions. Do not use if any damage or thinning is observed. Do not leave the breast protector in disinfectant (sterilising solution) for longer than recommended. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat sources. Before first use, boil it in water for 5 minutes. Clean it with hot water before each use. Do not wash in dishwasher. Change the breast protector after 1-2 months of use due to safety and hygiene reasons.
